    Just put this in the bag. 3mm Paulownia. I use a heavy pvc plastic for the bag.

    Nice one. The foam has sanded well. Is it difficult. I use the same PU glue and find it sticks well to the foam. You are using a different foam though....

    Like you said getting the cuts straight and good joins is tricky. A long metal straight edge is good, anything you can find cheap....

    The surface you veneer to needs to be really smooth. Any bumps or lows will show up. If you are going to glass after there can be some small defects....
